Mechatronics Design Engineer — End-to-End Product Development

Focus Resourcing is seeking a Mechatronics / Electro‑Mechanical Design Engineer for a Cardiff-based role within an expanding R&D team. The position covers the full product life cycle from concept to commercial launch and is initially 12 months with a view to permanence.

The role is based at the UHW Campus with Monday–Friday hours; there is no hybrid or WFH. You will lead end-to-end development, including concept design, prototyping, verification, validation and regulatory submissions,
