In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive media strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation. You will cultivate strong relationships with key media contacts, pitch compelling stories, and manage all inbound media inquiries. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement proactive media relations strategies to achieve business goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all media inquiries and requests.
• Develop and pitch newsworthy stories to relevant media outlets.
• Prepare spokespeople for media interviews and provide media training.
• Oversee the creation of press materials, including releases and media kits.
• Monitor media coverage, analyze trends, and report on PR campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years' experience in media relations, public relations, or journalism.
• Demonstrated success in securing positive media coverage in national and trade publications.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong network of contacts within the UK media landscape.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Ability to manage crisis communications effectively and professionally.
