Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with key media contacts across national, regional, and trade press.
• Develop and execute targeted media outreach plans to support company initiatives and announcements.
• Write compelling press releases, pitches, and other media materials.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for media inquiries and manage interview logistics.
• Monitor media coverage, analyze results, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Support the broader communications team in developing integrated campaign strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in media relations, either agency or in-house.
• Strong network of media contacts, particularly within the UK.
• Exceptional writing, pitching, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in media monitoring and reporting tools.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
