Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with journalists, broadcasters, and online media.
• Write, edit, and distribute press releases, statements, and media kits.
• Respond promptly and professionally to media inquiries and requests for information.
• Monitor media coverage and report on key developments and sentiment.
• Support the planning and execution of media events and press briefings.

Requirements

• Experience (1-2 years) in a media relations , journalism, or PR support role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in drafting press releases and other media communications.
• Understanding of the media landscape in the UK, particularly in Northern Ireland.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
