About the Role

Our client seeks a qualified Medical Aesthetician to join their clinic in Portsmouth . In this role, you will work alongside dermatologists and plastic surgeons, performing advanced skincare treatments and assisting with non-surgical cosmetic procedures. You will be responsible for client consultations, treatment planning, and delivering results-driven therapies aimed at improving skin health and appearance. This position requires a strong understanding of medical-grade skincare and a commitment to providing a safe and effective patient experience in Hampshire .

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced skincare treatments such as chemical peels, micro-needling, and laser therapies.
• Assist physicians with cosmetic procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Conduct thorough skin assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care and recommend appropriate home regimens.
• Maintain accurate patient records and track treatment progress.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and skincare technologies.

Requirements

• Certification as a Medical Aesthetician or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical aesthetic setting.
• Proficiency with medical-grade skincare equipment and treatments.
• Strong knowledge of dermatology, skin anatomy, and common skin conditions.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a medical team.
