About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and professional Medical Aesthetician to join their state-of-the-art clinic in Portsmouth . This role is ideal for an experienced practitioner who is passionate about delivering advanced aesthetic treatments and providing exceptional client care within a clinical setting. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals, performing a range of medical-grade skincare procedures. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of skin health and a commitment to client safety and satisfaction, contributing to a dynamic and results-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform medical aesthetic procedures such as chemical peels, laser treatments, micro-needling, and advanced facials.
• Conduct thorough patient consultations, assessing skin conditions and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Administer treatments safely and effectively, adhering to strict clinical protocols and hygiene standards.
• Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care to optimize results and ensure patient comfort.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in the electronic health system.
• Collaborate with physicians and the clinical team to ensure integrated patient care.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification in Advanced Beauty Therapy/Aesthetics.
• A minimum of 4 years' experience in a medical aesthetic or clinical setting.
• Proficiency in operating medical aesthetic equipment and performing advanced treatments.
• Strong knowledge of dermatology and skincare science.
• Excellent patient communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
