Medical Affairs Manager - Remote

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Medical Affairs Manager to join their organization on a fully remote basis. This key position will drive the medical strategy for specific therapeutic areas, ensuring accurate and compliant communication of scientific and medical information to healthcare professionals and internal teams. You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and supporting the medical aspects of product development and lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic medical affairs plan for designated therapeutic areas.
• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), scientific experts, and professional societies to gather insights and foster collaborations.
• Oversee the development and dissemination of scientific and medical information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Support clinical trial activities, including protocol development, investigator engagement, and data interpretation.
• Provide medical expertise to cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, and regulatory affairs.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD, DO) or advanced degree (PharmD, PhD) in a relevant scientific field.
• Significant experience (7+ years) in pharmaceutical medical affairs, clinical development, or related roles.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful medical strategies.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, scientific communication, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders remotely.
