MCS Group is partnering with a public sector healthcare organisation in Northern Ireland to recruit a Medical Laboratory Assistant. This Band 3 role offers a hands-on start in a busy laboratory environment and scope to develop technical and practical skills.

You will support the lab team with specimen handling, data processing, and instrument loading after training. The position requires flexibility for extended hours, including overnights, weekends and holidays.
