NHS South East London ICB is seeking an Assistant Director, Medicines Optimisation Delivery Pharmacist to lead delivery of medicines optimisation priorities across Lambeth, Southwark and Bromley. You will drive innovation, prevention and neighbourhood health service delivery, while improving outcomes and reducing inequalities.
