Member Experience & Club Operations Assistant

David Lloyd Clubs seeks an Operations Assistant to ensure members feel safe and receive an exceptional experience every day, 7 days a week. You will help with opening/closing tasks, greet members, and support various club teams as needed.

The role calls for a genuine passion for customer service, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential for this position.
