Membership Coordinator

Membership & Social Media Coordinator – Infinity Fitness, Dawlish Part-time / Full Time | 2–4 days per week

Infinity Fitness is an independent, community-first gym in Dawlish. Our vision statement is "All Levels, One Goal", and we want every member to feel welcome, supported and motivated from their first visit.

We're looking for a friendly, organised Membership Coordinator to look after our members and help our community grow.

What you'll be doing

• Giving every new member a great first experience, from sign-up to settling in

• Handling membership admin behind the scenes

• Social Media Posts (Facebook / Instagram)

• Supporting the Front of House team during staffed hours

• Showing prospective members around and turning visits into memberships

• Planning, hosting and running our monthly member events

• Researching local businesses, events and offers to find partnerships and chances to grow

What we're looking for

• A warm, confident people person who enjoys meeting new faces

• Organised, reliable and comfortable with admin and systems

• Proactive, with ideas for events and community engagement

• An interest in fitness and wellbeing (a gym background is helpful but not essential)

• Customer service or sales experience is a bonus
