Mental Health Community Worker – Travel Across the South

P+S Care and Support Services is seeking a caring Female Mental Health Community Worker to provide person-centred support to individuals in the community, promoting wellbeing and independence. You will accompany clients to appointments and assist with daily activities, building trusting relationships while following care plans and safeguarding policies.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required as travel across the South of the country is expected.
