Mental Health Liaison Clinician – 24/7 Hospital Team

Wight Healthcare is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to join the Liaison service at Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth. The role involves working within a 24/7 MDT to assess and manage acute mental health needs in a general hospital setting.

You will conduct holistic biopsychosocial assessments, carry out risk assessments, and develop collaborative recovery-focused care plans with patients and their carers, while advocating for parity of esteem in the acute setting.
