Mental Health Practitioner (Clinic Nurse)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a compassionate and motivated NMC registered Mental Health Nurse to join our Community Mental Health Service in Bridgwater on a 12 month secondment or fixed term contract.

This role offers the chance to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality care to people with severe and enduring mental health difficulties.

The successful candidate will support a number of specialist clinics, including the Depot Clinic, Clozapine Clinic and Wellbeing Clinic, providing medication administration, physical health monitoring and ongoing mental health support.

Alongside clinic responsibilities, the post holder will play an active role in the team's duty system, supporting assessments, responding to urgent referrals and contributing to the delivery of recovery-focused care across the wider Community Mental Health Team.

Due to the community-based nature of the role, applicants must hold current NMC registration and be able to travel independently across the Bridgwater locality
