The role focuses on assessment, risk assessment, personal outcome recovery care planning and review, delivering six months of recovery‑focused support to adults with moderate mental health needs in rural Perth and Kinross.

Based in the North Locality with bases in Blairgowrie, Aberfeldy and Crieff, the post supports flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and aims to extend services
