Mental Health Recovery Specialist - Empower Lives

Hestia is seeking a Mental Health Recovery Worker in London to support service users with complex needs in a move-on service. You will empower clients to manage health, independence and tenancy goals, working within person-centred plans and recovery approaches.

You will collaborate with external agencies, monitor KPIs with the Team Manager, and help service users access activities, education and employment opportunities, while contributing to a supportive, inclusive team environment.
