Reading Borough Council’s Mental Health Social Care Team is hiring a qualified Social Worker to assess needs under the Care Act and support positive, person-centred outcomes for residents of Reading.

You will conduct Mental Capacity Act assessments, assist with DoLS work, and promote direct payments, while collaborating with carers, families and health professionals in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
