Mental Health Support Worker – Independent Living & Crisis Care

Venture-People in Eastbourne is seeking compassionate care staff to provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs, including mental health, neurodiversity, or trauma backgrounds. You will help clients move toward independent living in accommodation settings or in their own homes, with dignity and social inclusion.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to tailor care plans, monitor progress, and manage risks, while maintaining records and safeguarding.
