Our client is seeking a dedicated and understanding Mental Health Support Worker to join their remote support team, serving individuals across Bristol and the wider South West region. Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote emotional support and crisis intervention to individuals experiencing mental health difficulties.

- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and progress notes using digital systems.

Requirements
- Experience in a mental health support role, either paid or voluntary.
- A good understanding of mental health conditions, recovery principles, and associated support needs.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to empathize effectively.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools (e.g., video conferencing, messaging apps) and IT systems for record-keeping.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload remotely with minimal supervision.
