Key Responsibilities

• Provide emotional and practical support to individuals with mental health conditions.
• Assist clients in developing coping strategies and life skills to manage their conditions.
• Support clients in attending appointments, engaging in social activities, and accessing community resources.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including progress notes and care plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Respond to crisis situations in a calm and professional manner, following established protocols.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and training sessions, both in-person and remotely.

Requirements

• Experience in mental health support, social care, or a related field is essential.
