Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one support to individuals with mental health conditions, helping them to develop coping strategies and life skills.
- Assist clients in maintaining their accommodation, managing finances, and accessing community resources.
- Facilitate social inclusion by encouraging participation in local activities, support groups, and therapeutic programmes.
- Offer emotional support, active listening, and non-judgmental guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with clinical teams, family members, and other agencies to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Support clients in crisis situations, adhering to established safety protocols and reporting procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in a mental health or social care setting is essential.
