Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with mental health conditions in their homes and community settings.
• Assist clients with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication management as per care plans.
• Offer emotional support, actively listen to clients' concerns, and encourage coping strategies.
• Help clients engage in social activities, pursue personal interests, and build community connections.
• Work collaboratively with mental health professionals, families, and other support services.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and report any significant changes or concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Experience in mental health support or a related care role.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Willingness to travel within the Edinburgh area and undertake direct client support.
