Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one and group support to clients experiencing mental health challenges.
- Assist clients in developing and implementing personalised support plans and recovery goals.
- Facilitate access to community resources, social activities, and employment opportunities.
- Offer emotional support and encouragement, helping clients to build confidence and self-esteem.
- Monitor client well-being and report any changes or concerns to the supervising clinician or manager.
- Support clients with practical daily living tasks as needed, promoting independence.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a mental health or social care setting is highly desirable.
- Understanding of mental health conditions and recovery principles.
- Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
