Job Description
MiCiM is a specialist construction and project management, operating at the forefront of the mission‑critical sector. We partner with global clients to deliver high‑performance technical facilities across the UK & Europe. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking an e xperienced MEP Manager to join our expert team in the UK.
You’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating MEP design, installation, testing and commissioning, ensuring quality, safety and performance standards are achieved throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical and electrical activities on-site
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of MEP packages.
- Review technical designs, method statements, and submittals to ensure compliance with client specifications and data centre standards.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and drive issue resolution to maintain schedule and cost performance.
- Oversee installation quality and ensure robust testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
- Act as key MEP point of contact with the client, project management team, and key stakeholders.
- Foster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to MiCiM and HSE requirements.
About You
- Strong mechanical or electrical engineering background with hands‑on experience in large‑scale MEP delivery.
- Proven track record as an MEP Manager, or similar role on data centres, high‑tech, pharmaceutical, or other mission‑critical projects..
- Able to manage complex interfaces between trades and drive performance in fast‑paced environments.
- Strong communicator with the confidence to lead meetings, engage stakeholders, and represent MiCiM professionally.
