Merchandise Administrator

We are working with a leading retailer and manufacturer who are looking to recruit an experienced and confident administrator for their busy merchandise team. This ongoing, temporary opportunity could become permanent in time. Working 9-5 Monday-Friday in this busy office setting, the successful candidate will be supported by a great team where you will be involved in a range of administrative tasks. Duties will include;

Updating stock levels on CRM system
Liaising with stores/ warehouse on stock levels
Ensure all reports are up to date and loaded to portals
Incoming enquiries
Ad hoc administration support

This is a great opportunity to join a busy team within a respected brand in Leeds. This fully office-based role is ideal for a candidate who is available immediately and can commit on an ongoing basis. The successful candidate will have;

A minimum of 2 years administration skills
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
Proficient in all MS Office packages
Team player
Able to work in a time sensitive situation
