The Role

As Merchandising Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing merchandising strategies that maximise sales, profitability, and brand positioning. You'll work closely with design, buying, and retail teams to ensure our product offering reflects market trends while staying true to the brands DNA.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal merchandising plans aligned with brand vision and commercial goals
• Analyse sales performance, stock levels, and market trends to optimise assortment
• Partner with design and buying teams to influence product development and pricing strategies
• Manage OTB (Open-to-Buy) budgets and ensure efficient inventory management
• Deliver insightful reporting and recommendations to senior leadership
• Oversee visual merchandising guidelines for retail and digital channels
• Lead and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in merchandising within fashion or premium retail
• Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Passion for luxury fashion and understanding of global market trends
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills; experience with merchandising systems is a plus
