Metadata Lead for European Sound Archives (Europeana Sounds)

British Library is seeking a Metadata Manager for the Europeana Sounds project to coordinate the aggregation of metadata from 18 partner institutions across Europe. The role focuses on data standardisation, metadata quality, and licensing considerations, with a view to improving discoverability of digital sound collections.

The position is based in London, on a fixed-term contract to 1st February 2017, with a full-time commitment and collaboration across international partners.
