MFL Teacher – Carlton (QTS Required)
Location: Carlton, NG4
Contract Type: Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate
Pay Rate: £130–£230 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Qualification: QTS required
Experience: Minimum 6 months’ teaching experience in a UK secondary school
Overview:
Education Personnel are delighted to be working in partnership with a progressive and well-respected secondary school in Carlton to recruit a dedicated MFL Teacher for a position starting immediately. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled languages educator to contribute to a thriving department and support students across KS3 and KS4. Carlton schools offer welcoming staff communities, strong leadership, and dedicated support for modern languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality KS3 & KS4 MFL lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Plan, prepare, and assess interactive language lessons that build student confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Monitor student progress and implement appropriate interventions.
- Contribute to MFL department improvement planning.
- Attend staff meetings, CPD, and parents’ evenings as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has at least 6 months of classroom teaching MFL experience in a UK secondary setting.
- Is passionate about MFL education and inspiring student achievement.
- Has excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Demonstrates a collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to school life.
