Mid‑Market Customer Success Manager | Growth & Renewals

Gearset is seeking a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of 80–100 customers, drive retention and sustainable account growth, and advocate for customers across teams.

You’ll work with Account Managers and cross-functional partners to understand customer needs, mitigate risks, and maximize value from Gearset. Training and growth opportunities are provided to expand your technical knowledge over time.
