Key Responsibilities

Due to continued growth and increasing demand for specialist MEP cost management expertise, we are seeking talented professionals from Cost Manager through to Senior Cost Manager level. In this London-based role, you will support the successful delivery of MEP packages across a wide range of exciting projects. You will bring strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness and a proactive, client-focused approach to help deliver projects efficiently, collaboratively and to budget. A strong team mindset is essential. Responsibilities

• Support the successful delivery of projects across a range of sectors.
• Carry out pre- and post-contract quantity surveying and cost management duties.
• Work closely with clients, contractors and project teams to deliver projects successfully and on budget.
• Build, manage and develop strong client relationships.
• Support established commercial, procurement and contractual strategies.
