Middle Office - Global Hedge Fund – Large Comp Package - WFH Flexibility

Our client, a leading, multi-billion dollar global hedge fund, is looking to hire a Middle Office Associate to join its London office.

The Middle Office team is intentionally lean, giving the successful hire exceptional exposure across the business and responsibility from day one. The remit spans every major asset class traded by the firm, including equities, fixed income, credit, structured products, repos and OTC derivatives, covering the full trade lifecycle from execution through to settlements, financing, asset servicing and lifecycle events. The role also has a strong strategic element, with the hire partnering closely with trading, treasury, finance and technology teams whilst helping drive process improvement, automation and AI initiatives.

The role would suit an individual with 4-8 years' experience in a broad hedge fund operations or middle office role, or a strong asset servicing/corporate actions professional looking to broaden their remit. Experience with process improvement or automation initiatives would be advantageous.

The firm pay its operations staff TC ranges that comfortably sit within the upper quartile of what London hedge funds pay (they pay large % bonuses to high performers).
