MIG Fabricator/Welder Poole Salary: £15.20 – £17.20 DOE

As a MIG Fabricator/Welder, you’ll be working on different builds each time, interpreting fabrication drawings and working autonomously from start to finish. The role requires a confident MIG Fabricator/Welder who understands fabrication as a core skill, not just welding, and who takes pride in accuracy, structure, and finish.

Key responsibilities

Fabricating and welding bespoke components and assemblies Working independently from detailed fabrication drawings Producing high-quality multi-run welds to specification Using weld turntables as part of day-to-day fabrication work Supporting varied project builds within the projects team Essential skills:

Proven experience as a MIG Fabricator/Welder Strong fabrication ability, not just welding Confident reading and interpreting fabrication drawings Ability to work independently and manage varied tasks Experience using weld turntables Desirable experience:

Multi-run welding to a high standard Use of large pipe rollers
