You will oversee all project phases, manage stakeholders, and drive project teams to achieve ambitious operational and strategic goals within the mining industry . Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conception and feasibility to construction and commissioning.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and performance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor project progress, providing regular reports to senior management and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Mining, Civil, Mechanical) or a related technical field.
• Proven experience (8+ years) as a Project Manager in the mining sector .
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex mining projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
