You will be responsible for developing new drink recipes, maintaining bar inventory, and ensuring the highest standards of service. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of spirits, liqueurs, and flavour profiles, and have a knack for engaging with customers and creating a vibrant bar atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare a wide range of classic and contemporary cocktails with precision and flair.
• Develop innovative signature drinks and seasonal specials, contributing to the bar's unique offering.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, beers, and garnishes.
• Ensure the bar is fully stocked, managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service, engaging with guests and making personalized recommendations.
• Uphold strict standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and responsible alcohol service.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender with a strong portfolio of creative cocktails.
• In-depth knowledge of spirits, cocktail ingredients, and preparation techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage guests effectively.
• Creativity and passion for developing new and exciting drink recipes.
• Experience with inventory management and bar stock control.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., bartending courses) are a plus.
