Job Description
We have a great opportunity for a full-time Mobile cleaning supervisor to join our team in Ellesmere Port
Location: CH65 0BA
Hours: Flexible, between 5am-8pm depending on business needs, plus participation in an on-call rota for emergency calls only.
Pay: £12.71 per hour PAYE
Job type: TEMP, initially till 31st December
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence (travel between sites)
Previous supervisory experience in cleaning/facilities management
Strong communication and organisational skills
Able to work independently and juggle prioritiesCore responsibilities:
Supervising cleaning staff and maintaining service standards
Planning/adjusting work schedules
Ordering supplies via the Group Supervisor
Escalating operational/staffing issues
Auditing compliance with company standards
Running monthly Toolbox Talks and one-to-ones with staff (performance, wellbeing, updates)
Ensuring Health & Safety compliance
Supporting team training and developmentHands-on daily duties:
Cleaning surfaces, kitchens, toilets, etc.
Safely operating/maintaining cleaning equipment
Waste disposal and recycling
Restocking hygiene consumables
Reporting hazards/defects
Routine inspections
