Job Reference: 1285 Job Title: Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer Salary: £50,000 per annum Location: Hertfordshire Job Type: Technical / Engineering Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm Job Summary A major FM provider is looking for an experienced Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire. The role will involve carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a varied commercial portfolio, with a strong focus on keeping building services safe, compliant and operational. The ideal candidate will have a strong building services background, with solid experience working within commercial environments and the relevant Commercial Gas qualifications/tickets. You will also be confident working independently, managing your own workload and dealing professionally with clients and site teams. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites. Complete servicing, inspections and safety checks in line with regulations. Respond to breakdowns and attend emergency callouts when required. Maintain and repair wider building services and plant. Complete all job sheets, reports and compliance records accurately. Liaise professionally with clients, contractors and site teams. Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with H&S procedures.
