Mobile Domestic & Lifestyle Assistant

Location: Covering the Preston & surrounding areas.

Hours: Various shift patterns available.

Hourly rate: £12.85 per hour plus 43p per mile travel expenses and up to an additional £1.30 for working evening and weekend hours.

Joining bonus: £150.

Responsibilities

• Domestic support and housekeeping, including weekly homeowner apartment cleans, laundry service and communal area cleaning.
• Supporting in the Bistro or Restaurant.
• Opportunity for overtime within nearby developments.
• Opportunity to develop skills and train further to become a Duty Manager if desired.

Qualifications

• Caring personality and desire to make a difference to people’s lives.
• Experience of domestic cleaning or customer care or service role in a similar environment such as health & social care, hospitality, retail, domestic services or caring for a family member.
• Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards.
• Considerate, patient and professional.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Friendly and approachable.
• Hardworking, diligent and good timekeeping.
• Providing personalised support to residents, helping them make the most of their retirement living experience.
