Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Buildings – Bristol & Cardiff – Up to £42,000 + Package

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance on a commercial contract across Bristol and Cardiff.

The successful candidate will have an understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This engineer will be working across a nice local patch in Bristol and Cardiff. This position would be ideal for an Electrical Mobile Engineer currently in a similar position. In return, the company are offering a salary of up to £42,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

• - A basic salary of up to £42,000
• - Monday- Friday 08:00-16:30
• - Call out 1 in 4 - £120 standby allowance

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• - Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• - Emergency lighting tests
• - BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• - Maintain and update Log books
• - Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
• - Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.
• - Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.
• - Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.
• - Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.
• - Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.

Requirements

• - Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3
• - City & Guilds - 18th Edition
• - A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• - Client Facing
• - Previous experience of performing a Building Services Engineer role
• - Must be able to work unsupervised to a high quality
