Looking for a mobile role with plenty of variety?

We’re looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a growing maintenance contract covering various sites across South London.

You won't be spending your days in the same building doing the same jobs. The contract covers a really varied mix of sites, including sports grounds, football changing facilities, schools and nurseries, with locations around Peckham, Clapham, Dulwich, London Bridge and the surrounding areas.

What will you be doing?

This is a genuinely varied multi-skilled role, with no two days necessarily looking the same.

You'll be carrying out a mixture of planned and reactive maintenance, including:

• Fire door inspections and maintenance

• Changing and repairing locks

• General plumbing maintenance

• Legionella checks

• Flushing of water systems

• Electrical maintenance

• Emergency lighting

• Fire alarm maintenance

• General building maintenance

• Reactive repairs and fault finding
