Job Description
Job Title: Mobile Forklift Engineer
Basic Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
OTE: £35,624 - £47,498 (based on 5hrs overtime)
Overtime is paid at 1.5x - Lots available!
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm
The Role
This is a mobile role however it will predominantly based at one site
Servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of forklift trucks and material handling equipment
Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults
Carrying out LOLER inspections
Responding to breakdowns and carrying out reactive maintenance to minimise customer downtime
Completing service reports, job sheets and all relevant compliance documentation accuratelyWhat We’re Looking For
Experience required: Forklift Engineer / Plant Fitter / Agricultural technician (forklift experience preffered)
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with diesel engines
Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Experience working with electrical and hydraulic systems
Experience or knowledge of LOLER inspections would be desirable
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of longevity and stability in previous positions, with a genuine interest in building a long-term career with one organisation.

Basic Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
