Job Description
Mobile Handyperson
My client is recruiting a mobile handyperson to join an established team on a great contract. You will have a background in commercial maintenance; a locksmith qualification would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Changing locks, door handles, kick boards.
- Repairing minor door damage, shelving, cupboard doors.
- Adjusting door closures.
- Flooring small repairs.
- Small wet trade jobs.
- Bit of tiling.
- Painting.
- Floor and ceiling tiles.
- Other minor commercial environment jobs.
Position Details
- Hours: 8AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday.
- Salary: up to 40k.
- Van, phone, uniform provided.
- Parking available on all sites.
