Mobile Kitchen Lead, Multi-Site Catering

Vertas is seeking a Mobile Head of Kitchen to join our Catering Team across Arnold and surrounding areas. This role covers 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with travel across Nottinghamshire as required, and involves leading kitchen operations across multiple sites to deliver high‑quality meals and service.

You will supervise catering colleagues, monitor food safety, manage stock, and maintain records in line with company procedures.
