Job Reference: 1233 Job Title: Mobile M&E Building Services Engineer Salary: £42,000 per annum Location: Hertfordshire Job Type: Technical / Engineering Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm Job Summary Our client, a leading Facilities Management provider, is seeking a Mobile M&E Engineer to maintain a mixed commercial portfolio across Hertfordshire only. This is a local role with no London travel, ideal for engineers with a strong mechanical or electrical building services background. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across commercial buildings. Service and maintain electrical and mechanical building services equipment. Diagnose faults on HVAC, heating, ventilation, and associated plant. Complete job reports and ensure compliance with health & safety procedures. Provide excellent customer service while covering a mobile Hertfordshire portfolio. Complying with SFG20 Record Keeping / Logbooks Requirements Need to live in the Hertfordshire area Level 2/3 Electrical Installation or Level 2/3 mechanical/plumbing Strong building services knowledge 5 years experience in a similar position UK Drivers License Right to work in the UK Whats on Offer 25 Days Holiday + bank holidays Company Van & Fuel Card (Private use) Travel Paid after 30 minutes each way 6 monthly bonuses (£500, £1,000 or £1,500) Overtime & training NO London travel If you live in and around the Hertfordshire area,this could be the role for you.
