Mobile Painter and Decorator

We are currently recruiting experienced Mould Wash / Painter & Decorators to join a busy social housing contract in Islington

This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for experienced decorators looking for long-term, secure work, with the opportunity to move onto a permanent salary of up to £38,000.

Duties include:

• Treating damp and mould issues in residents' properties
• Carrying out mould wash and appropriate treatments
• Preparing surfaces for painting
• Painting and decorating to a high standard
• Recording visits, treatments and materials used
• Working professionally in customers' homes

Requirements:

• Time-served Painting & Decorating experience
• P&D qualification not essential if experience can be demonstrated
• Social housing experience preferred
• Damp & mould treatment experience advantageous
• Full UK driving licence
• Maximum 6 points on licenceNo driving ban within the last 5 years
• Basic DBS check required
