HCL is seeking a Mobile Cook Manager to support schools in Stevenage, Letchworth, Cambridge and surrounding areas. The role covers hands-on kitchen leadership, delivering nutritious meals, and maintaining high standards across multiple sites.

You will oversee stock and budget management, ensure food safety and allergen compliance, and drive a positive team culture while travelling between sites. Term-time schedule and uniform are provided, with DBS disclosure handled by HCL.
