Thrive SW in Plymouth is seeking a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to service VRV/VRF systems across commercial sites in Plymouth and South Devon. You will install, maintain, and repair VRV/VRF HVAC systems, performing diagnostics, testing, and commissioning while delivering high-quality service to clients.

Role requires strong HVAC knowledge, City & Guilds/F-Gas qualifications, and the ability to work independently or within a team.
