Job Info:

• Job Type: Full-time.
• Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.
• Location: Remote.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday (Saturday + Sunday as needed).
• Experience needed: 3 years in fitness training (preferred).

Requirements:

• Must have a genuine and authentic passion for helping people hit their goals & have a great experience.
• Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific coaching methods.
• 2-3+ years experience in the fitness / coaching industry.
• Some experience with calisthenics / gymnastics / bodyweight strength and flexibility training is preferred but not essential.
• Must be tech-savvy — use tools like everfit, zoom, loom, and slack…

Responsibilities:

• Performing bi‑weekly check‑ins and providing updates to clients on a regular basis.
• Having 1‑1 calls with clients on a regular basis.
• Having weekly group coaching calls with clients.
• Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently.
• Be in charge of building a positive community with your clients and holding clients accountable.
• Lots of room for growth in the company. (Head coach role, director of client success role, etc).
• Work from home - manage your own calendar.

Experience:

• Fitness coaching: 2‑3 years (Required)
• Remote work: 1 year (preferred) or prior coaching experience using tools like everfit, trainerize, and zoom.
• Solid visual presentation.
