Money & Debt Advice Specialist

Citizens Advice Bury & Bolton is recruiting for a Money Advice Adviser to provide high quality debt advice to clients face-to-face and by telephone. The role includes training with CertMAP and ongoing professional development within a busy, supportive team.

You will work in a hybrid setting across Bolton and Bury, handling a diverse caseload, achieving FCA and MaPS standards while developing practical solutions for vulnerable clients in financial difficulty.
