Morning Shift Customer Team Member — Bakery & Service

Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Member in Thatcham. You’ll join a friendly team in a busy store, helping deliver essential services and promoting Co-op membership. Training is provided, with roles including post office, bakery, or online order packing, and weekend shifts may be required.

You’ll engage with customers, stock shelves, check prices, and support a great shopping experience while contributing to local community initiatives and store operations.
