About the Role

Our client is seeking a client-focused and knowledgeable Mortgage Advisor to join their established branch in Manchester . You will be responsible for guiding individuals and families through the process of securing the most suitable mortgage products. This role requires building strong rapport with clients, understanding their financial circumstances, and navigating a complex market to find tailored solutions. You will play a crucial part in helping people achieve their homeownership goals, operating within a supportive and results-driven team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess client financial situations and advise on appropriate mortgage products and loan options.
• Guide clients through the entire mortgage application process, from initial consultation to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and estate agents.
• Stay up-to-date with mortgage market trends, lender criteria, and regulatory changes.
• Process mortgage applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is gathered.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage journey.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or similar role in financial services.
• Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
• Thorough understanding of the UK mortgage market and lending regulations.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a client-centric approach.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet performance targets.
